Do you want to make money? Trick question. Everyone wants money, but to make it, it involves work. Some people enjoy work. Me? Personally I am obliged to say yes, but only because my Boss is going to read this. I have two desks. One where I write this... erhm... stuff, the other is behind the wheel of a box truck. Driving is a relaxing thing for me. Listening to music, or a podcast or even just letting my imagination run wild while I cruise down the road on auto pilot. Although the last one has made me miss an exit or two much to my coworker's disappointment.
Just remember that the guy driving the box truck you are passing probably has more than half his brain working on how the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle's movies managed to square away two of the Turtles using edged weapons while not seriously hurting anyone, because ya know, kid's movie. So how do you make money? Property is through the roof, so brick and mortar is out. Well you could get this Food truck for $95,0000 and find a parking lot. It's fully equipped, which is saves you the trouble and cost of actually getting one designed.
It's also cheaper than a scratch built. It's mechanically restored, runs and drives, and is packed with equipment. Although a little poo came out when I first sat down in it and the seat almost fell over. So that needs to be fixed. That's pretty minor though. Little Fab work and some new fittings and seat belt. The engine roars when you put your foot down. It makes me tingle.
So, Why a food truck instead of a restaurant? Well what are the three reasons restaurants fail? One is management. You are a smart Human(?) being. So you got that covered. Two is the food. Simple test. Can you eat your own cooking without calling in sick the next day? Yes? Good. No? Well I eat at (Redacted for legal reasons) and it almost always tears me up, but I keep coming back. So even that's less of a problem. The third reason is location. It's on freaking wheels, man. Just move. Try doing that with a brick and mortar.
