Legal Notice BY ACCESSING OR USING LUCKY AD LIST, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, POSTING A LISTING, OR USING LUCKY MESSAGES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS OF USE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. Registration and Accounts You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post listings on Lucky AD List. Each account is intended for use by one person. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account. Lucky AD List may require verification of your email address or other account information before certain features are available. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, abuse the marketplace, threaten the safety or security of other users, or interfere with the operation of Lucky AD List. Passwords and Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You agree to notify Lucky AD List if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, interfere with the security of Lucky AD List, circumvent access restrictions, tamper with system resources, or otherwise compromise the operation or security of the service. Listings and User Content You are responsible for listings, photographs, messages, descriptions, and other content that you submit to Lucky AD List. You represent that you have the necessary rights to publish the content you submit and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization. You may not post fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content. You may not upload photographs or other material containing unlawful sexual content or sexual content involving minors. Lucky AD List may establish additional posting rules or restrictions for particular categories. We reserve the right to refuse, remove, restrict, expire, or modify the visibility of listings or other user content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the marketplace. Marketplace Transactions Lucky AD List provides a platform that allows users to publish classified advertisements and communicate with one another. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lucky AD List is not the buyer, seller, owner, broker, dealer, employer, landlord, tenant, or other party to transactions arranged between users. Users are responsible for evaluating listings, other users, products, services, payment arrangements, and transactions before proceeding. Lucky AD List does not guarantee the identity, conduct, accuracy, reliability, quality, legality, safety, availability, or condition of a user, listing, product, service, or transaction. Use reasonable judgment when communicating with other users or arranging an in-person transaction. Lucky Messages Lucky Messages allows registered users to communicate privately about listings. Your account email address is not automatically disclosed through Lucky Messages. Users remain responsible for information they voluntarily include in messages. You may not use Lucky Messages to send spam, scams, threats, harassment, unlawful content, or other abusive communications. Users may block other users and report conversations. Lucky AD List may review reported conversations and related account information for moderation, safety, abuse prevention, and enforcement purposes. Listing Duration and Expiration Listings may remain active for a defined period established by Lucky AD List or by the applicable listing category. Lucky AD List may send expiration reminders as a convenience, but users remain responsible for managing their listings. Expired listings may be removed from public search and browsing while remaining available within the owner's account for possible reactivation. Users should mark listings as sold or remove listings when they are no longer available. Featured Listings and Paid Services Lucky AD List may offer optional paid services, including Featured listing placement. Featured placement may provide increased visibility but does not guarantee views, inquiries, responses, sales, rentals, employment, or any other result. Prices, duration, eligibility, and other conditions for paid services will be disclosed when those services are offered. Our Intellectual Property Lucky AD List, its branding, site design, software, and original content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may link to Lucky AD List and may share links to your own classified listings. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by Lucky AD List, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, systematically copy, modify, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site or its proprietary content. User Content License By submitting content to Lucky AD List, you grant Lucky AD List a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, resize, process, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and provide the marketplace. You retain ownership of content that you own. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Lucky AD List. Online Conduct You may not use Lucky AD List in a manner that interferes with another person's lawful use of the service. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, spam, attempts to evade moderation or account restrictions, malicious activity, unauthorized automated access, and attempts to compromise the security or operation of the service. Lucky AD List may monitor activity and review reported or suspected abuse to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud, maintain service integrity, and comply with applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, remove content, restrict features, or take other reasonable action when we believe these Terms or marketplace rules have been violated. Third-Party Services and Advertising Lucky AD List may display advertising or use third-party services, including payment, email, analytics, security, and advertising providers. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Advertising displayed on Lucky AD List does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the advertised product, service, or advertiser. Service Availability We may modify, suspend, discontinue, repair, update, or restrict portions of Lucky AD List at any time. We do not guarantee that the site or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCKY AD LIST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, USER CONTENT, COMMUNICATIONS, OR TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Use as Lucky AD List changes or as required for legal, operational, or security reasons. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Lucky AD List after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
